This warranty covers issues caused by crafting defects, including non-intentional problems such as:
Broken chains under normal wear
Faulty clasps or closures
Structural failures caused by workmanship
Other production-related defects
What’s covered
If your piece arrives with a defect, or develops an issue within 30 days due to craftsmanship or manufacturing, we’ll review it and, if approved, offer a repair, replacement, or other appropriate solution.
What’s not covered
This warranty does not cover:
Natural tarnishing or oxidation
Natural wear over time
Scratches, dents, or surface marks from regular use
Damage caused by pulling, bending, dropping, or force
Improper use or mishandling
Water, moisture, perfume, lotion, chemicals, or other external factors
Intentional or man-made damage
Lost or stolen items
How to submit a claim
To request a warranty review, please email us within 30 days of delivery with:

A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the item
Our team will review your claim and respond as soon as possible.
