General Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped out from Atlanta, GA.

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Processing Time

We are a small team, so please allow 3-5 business days from the time you purchase to when we ship your item. Every order is given a tracking number once shipped (UPS for international orders). You will receive an email with a tracking number within 48 hours of your order being shipped. 

Shipping Methods and Rates

  • Complimentary shipping is available on all orders placed through our site.
  • Standard complimentary shipping is fulfilled via UPS Ground. If the shipping address cannot be located within the carrier’s system, the order will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage instead.
  • We also offer additional shipping options at checkout, each with its own rate and estimated delivery timeframe. Pricing will be calculated during checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided based on the shipping method selected and the destination.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates due to potential delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. We will make an attempt to contact you if this is flagged in our system.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

We are not responsible for packages lost with shipping carriers. In the rare event that your shipment is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service Team immediately. We can assist in filing a claim on behalf of you to receive a refund or replacement.

Returns Due to Shipping Issues

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you or a failure to receive the package, we may charge a reshipping fee.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

We may not be able to modify or cancel your order once it has been processed and shipped. Please contact our Customer Service Team for assistance.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

General

Once your order is delivered, you have 14 days to exchange your piece(s) for another piece for Unobject site credit. Full refunds are not accepted once an order has been placed. Unobject is not responsible for packages lost with shipping carriers. 

Exchange Conditions

We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and unaltered
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • The item must show no signs of wear, aging, or damage.

Pieces that have been worn or naturally aged are not eligible for return,

Process

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at contact@unobject.design within 14 days of the delivery date and include your order number and the reason for the exchange.

If your exchange is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for returning the item.

Exchanges will be processed as credits only. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in the same condition as when it was shipped to you.

Once the item is confirmed to be in an acceptable condition, we will issue the credits to the original purchase account.

A new order needs to be placed for the the item you wish to exchange.

Shipping Costs

For approved exchanges: we will provide a shipping label for eligible exchanges. However, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the issued store credits unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as a defective or incorrect item.

Crafting Defects

Every piece is crafted to high standards. In case of your jewelry piece arrives with a confirmed crafting defect:

  • You may choose between a replacement or a full refund to the original payment method.
  • Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after inspection and approval.

Limitations of Liability

This Return & Exchange Policy constitutes the sole and exclusive remedy regarding product returns. Yoru Studio disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yoru Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products.
